VUSE WARRANTY

At Vuse, we believe that you should have confidence in your vaping experience whichever product you choose to purchase. As a valued customer, you can benefit from a comprehensive warranty on our Vuse devices and accessories. 

All new devices and accessories come with a warranty against fault. This means that if your device or accessory stops working properly during the applicable warranty period we will replace or repair it free of charge. The applicable warranty periods are as follows: 
•    Devices: All Vuse devices, including devices included in Starter Kits and Device Kits, come with a 6 month warranty.
•    Chargers: All chargers, including USB and Portable are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
•    Atomisers: All atomisers and cartomisers are supplied with a 7 day warranty.
•    E-liquids: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a warranty on e-liquid items due to the nature of the product.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you need to make a claim or you think there is an issue with your device or accessory please contact our Support Team via our Email.

You will be asked to describe the fault in detail, provide order number/proof of purchase and the product batch/serial number, so please make sure you have this information to hand.
•    If the product is diagnosed as faulty, Vuse will repair or replace the product for you on a next day delivery service.
•    You may be asked to return the faulty device for investigation. Failure to return the defective device if requested may affect your claim.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Standard Delivery. We are pleased to provide standard delivery at no additional cost. We aim to dispatch your item(s) the next day the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days provided that the order is placed before 8pm on Monday to Friday. Please be aware if you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Express Delivery. We are pleased to provide a same day delivery service be it weekends and/or public holidays at an extra cost and will aim to deliver within 2 working days.

Delivery Duration. You can see the estimated dispatch time of your order online using your tracking information which will be provided to you by the courier used. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries. If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether or not we consider the item to be defective. If we find that it is, you will receive a full refund or replacement.

Returns. You have certain legal rights to cancel and return your Vuse order within 14 working days of placing it. If you would like to cancel and return your order, please Email us and Our team will then get in touch shortly after to explain how we can replace your product or provide you with a refund.
